Once an order is placed, an acknowledgement e-mail stating the confirmation of your order will be received by you. Please note that this acknowledgement does not mean the acceptance of your order. Your order is only accepted once the payment is processed.
You are required to create an account in order to purchase any product from the Site. This is required so we can provide you with easy access to print your orders and view your past purchases.
The Site takes no responsibility for the products that are sold or supplied by third party vendors. We make no warranty to their end users for the quality, safety, usability, or other aspect of a product that is supplied by third party vendors. You are advised to contact our customer service representative should you become unsatisfied with a product’s quality.
While the Site strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, typographical errors may occur. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, we may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We will have the right to modify the price of the product and contact you for further instructions using the e-mail address or telephone number provided by you during the time of registration or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation.
In case we are unable to contact you regarding the price change, your order will be considered as cancelled, and the debited amount (if applicable) will be refunded back to your credit card account.
You can make orders directly online from our website 24 hours / 7 days a week. We accept payments via Visa and MasterCard. When placing your order, please make sure you provide your correct billing address for your credit card. If we do not have your credit card billing address, your order will be delayed or rejected. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping.
While we make every effort to ship your order within 24 hours, it may take up to 72 hours to process and ship your order. All international shipments will take additionally 7-14 business days to arrive. We do not have control over customs clearance and the shipment may take additional time to arrive due to customs inspection.
Our warehouse works Monday to Friday. We generally do not make shipments during weekend and holidays. If you placed an order with a backordered item, we will ship the whole order as soon as it becomes in-stock.
If you do not accept with the above shipping time, please do not place an order with us.
